Welcome to the Elvari Cosmetics Clinics website Terms and Conditions – The small print and legalese bit!
Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your appointment.
By using this website and/or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at admin@elvariclinics.com
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent appointments.
By proceeding with my booking I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions …
- All clients must be 18 years old at the time of treatment and must provide ID when asked (the treatment will not proceed if you are unable to provide ID and you will loose your Booking Fee)
- We do not allow children on the premises. If you arrive with anyone under the age of 18 we will not proceed with treatment and you will lose your Booking Fee
- We are not able to treat you if you have arrived more than 10 minutes late to your booking. You will be refused by the clinic and will loose your Booking Fee
- We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment.
- Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- If you wish to reschedule your booking you must give a minimum of 2 days notice otherwise you will lose your Booking Fee
I acknowledge that my Booking Fee payment is in exchange for a time slot of my choice, otherwise known as ’the service’. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time that I am able to commit to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my booking I accept full liability and thus forfeit my Booking Fee payment to the company Elvari Holdings Ltd. I understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my acknowledgement will be provided to my bank institution and Stripe Legal representatives.
Elvari Holdings Ltd. does not accept responsibility for the services provided to the client.
